Neck pain is a type of that starts inside the neck and can radiate down to one or both arms. discomfort be caused by variety disorders illnesses affecting any structures, nerve fibers, bones, joints, connective contractile tissue. Forward head position described as skull being bent forward over atlas more than inch. Objective: To assess correlation with posture in IT Professionals using postural screen mobile app (sit screen). Methods: It was cross-sectional survey. The sample size 150. study conducted at TkXel Software Company UMT department UOL Lahore. Males age 20-60 were included study. tool used Posture Screen Mobile iPhone 7plus disability index questionnaire. Results: cross-tabulation NPAD SCORE CV angle resulted negative co-relation r=-0.680 p<0.05 i.e., smaller showed worst FHP along greater SCRORE becomes pain. Cross-tabulation working hours result r= -0.450, 6 hours. positive 0.477, All calculations are positively correlated each other increased, statistically significant. Conclusions: Our findings have revealed employees had defective improper severe while per/day. ratio moderate found majority professionals
